We use high quality cameras to capture different angles (wide and close up) during your wedding. All digital equipment provide high resolution materials in accordance to the latest standards of video and photo shooting.
You can expect about 100+ images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type and other factors.
Every one of our video packages includes a full-length documentary film capturing all the important moments, including the complete ceremony and speeches. We also create a cinematic highlight video lasting a few minutes, as well as a complimentary 1-minute video for social media. Our filming process includes aerial drone footage at no extra cost.
We use wireless mic system to make sure we have a clear sound for the ceremony, speeches and private vows. Small microphones are usually clipped to the parts of your clothes where they are less visible. Also we connect our system directly to the DJ station.
It takes up to 6 weeks to work on pictures and videos. We reserve the right to extend the editing process for up to 8 weeks in case of specific editing requests or high volume of materials.
We have a professional team of editors who select, work and finalize pictures and videos. We can approve your request to pick the pictures from the raw gallery to be edited.
Unfortunately, we cannot film outdoors in the rain or other inclement weather conditions like snow and hail.
We prefer to arrive 30 minutes prior the scheduled time to set our equipment. During this time we operate the drone. We do not use drone in restricted areas or in case of a bad weather.
We’ll send a private link to share your final wedding photos and video with you. Only people with that link will be able to see your video. But we can use photos and videos for portfolios and social media without the client’s permission.
We deliver all final edits online through digital gallery Pixieset and Dropbox, using a personal access PIN code. All materials stored for 6 months from the upload day, the link to the gallery can be shared with your friends and family.
We travel and we are available nationwide. We cover primarily Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky and Ohio as we based in Indianapolis. We don't charge travel fee for 8 and 10 hours packages whiting those states. However we can charge a small travel fee for our 4 and 6 hours packages.
We simply understand the privacy of a such sacred day. We ask about all the restrictions beforehand, we do our best to manage our job to be the part of entertainment and to fit it in your day joyfully and flawlessly.
We use a DropboxSign service which allows the whole process to be fast and smooth. We require your contact information to make a contract and then send you a link via email. We charge some deposit to book your date, payment is accepted through Zelle, Venmo or Credit Card Invoice (Square, with 3.3% fee).
Once you know your wedding date, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible about our availability. We cupture a limited number of weddings every year to ensure our couples receive the highest quality service, so our calendar typically fills up months in advance.
We do! Just let us know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and we’ll send that over to them.
